Actually...I will be smoking a Pork Butt...Dianna will be in charge of the rest...so my job is to sit out on the deck...beer in hand...and watch...which will be 5 hours until I need to open the smoker...hehehe
Shoulder still hurts like Hell...but...getting better...merely a flesh wound.
What a freaking busy day...I logged in and noticed the meeting on my schedule for 4 and noticed it was fore every Tuesday...from now on I come in and hour later on Tuesdays.
