I could see if they were Steve Jobs type leaders, they are not not. All the things u mention are things we all thought were beginnings of a mammoth company, negative surprise, and a real big one, does not lend confidence in anything they will do.

Nice to find reason in your post. Most in the past have been hype and slander.
Thing about sale of properties, I wonder if large Common sharehokders may simply not agree to it, and let the company become theirs. Banro mngt already gave them 600K shares in April. Assuming reason, it's amazing that a major Reorganization just seven months ago did not address cash for continued operations, where further, financing was 'required' well sooner in July, just three months later.

Looks like IIROC agrees with MY opinion, not yours.

While a Canadian CTO does directly affect US traders, it does reflect on the company as a whole. (not in a good way)
