Everybody has a right to an Opinion, that is yours.
How many times have companies covered themselves with blanket statements like that and never went to BK? Too many to count.
It applies pressure for change.
Some do and some don't, as we have learned with years in Banro, this company does NOT act like a "traditional" one.
So, I will believe my own opinion and say BK is not A Real Option.
I will take everything into account.
1) Money invested by major investors
2) Current status of the DRC.
3) the possibility of sell of some assets.
May they shutdown the mines and wait for better times and the owners who are the major stock holders wait for their money, yeah.
Time will fix the issues. The terrorists must be stopped, mine then reopens. Back to normal business and PPS.
It is better than a lottery ticket and a lot cheaper.
