Ebrie, in any article you write, you might briefly reference the article written about 2 years ago by that other contributor (you can use SA's software to just embed the link in a simple word or phrase in your article) and then perhaps give a quick synopsis of what TPNL has undergone (e.g., the lawsuit they endured) and progress achieved since then.
In my opinion, SA editors will be more likely to publish a TPNL article that serves as a "follow-up" to a prior article published at SA. In other words, if the editor(s) see that a piece has been previously published on a microcap or nanocap co., they're more inclined to publish another article on it... i.e., we're not starting from scratch here.
