I emailed tD Ameritrade to ask why they had a different public OS than the other brokers and the otc website and they said that the OS was 3M and that they did not know why they had a different OS.

Everywhere you look, WSJ, OTCM, Yahoo, Marketwatch, etc, etc, etc... always O/S = 3M. I usually look at 3 different places to make sure. Yeah, I learned my lesson in the past... Being a financial website & NOT having the right information is like the ultimate humiliation for them or it should feel that way. I've send he guy who ruined Yahoo Finance an e-mail concerning his 'work'. What a shame...
