I will go out on a limb and say, most of you're wise investors will rely on a PR over a tweet any day. Even tho tweets are allowed to pass on info to investors I will also bet that most investors want to see it in a PR for them to fully believe it. May just be a trend that has not caught on as quick as business owners would have liked. Just a hunch on my end.
