What good are NYSDEC multi year permits when the processors don't work?
This is headed to zero, sooner or later, guaranteed.

when an actual P2O investor *sourced* the NYSDEC multi year permits
originals still UPSIDE DOWN from 2009's efforts and 2013's efforts
almost lost CONtroll of PTOI
