Yes no doubt this was a terrible tragedy. These people were simply innocent victims parked on the side of the road and didn't at all deserve what they got. That truck driver really had no business being behind the wheel and BTGI is totally at fault for it and should BE held accountable for this. There will probably end up being some sort of court settlement outside the insurance claims I would assume. Somebody will need to pay for this but it should not BE at shareholders' expense IMO. I wouldn't expect shares to be sold into the market to cover the damages, but it may adversely affect company profits for a couple of quarters or so in the company's FY2018 revenue earnings. All just speculation of course, but it makes sense. Too bad this had to happen for everyone involved. Just a really bad situation. :-(
