I spoke with Mr Aherne in the Transfer Agent's offices who confirmed that the company is indeed reducing the Authorised Share count by 900m.

He said the company has to make the change on OTC Markets themsleves.

I've also emailed the company and suggested that they get a twitter account which they can use for things like this, and to put links to press releases on as well.
