Are they reducing the share count by 900M or to 900M? Either way it’s still a significant reduction. I am just trying to understand the filing and how one should interpret. If you look at the past filings when they have these types of changes the numbers always add up accordingly. Thanks for calling.

I spoke with Mr Aherne in the Transfer Agent's offices who confirmed that the company is indeed reducing the Authorised Share count by 900m.

But the related NVSOS Filing shows a "reduction" of 1.5 BILLION shares
