PPS not at true valuation..

This is a straight valuation play. $500,000/year income + 6M in assets + zero debt + 800M shares

A very conservative 10X ratio for earnings + 6M in assets = 11M

11M / 800M shares = .01375

So a VERY conservative valuation here is .01375
