Called "investment in asset" by any court. Getting rid of one type of preferred stock is not "intent", it is an effort to reduce a big payout in dividend and increase cash via more common shares available. At present we see 'manipulation" of share price as big institutions, brokers, banks are shorting to get cheap shares for the dividend. It is a cash cow at present, shares so cheap all the big shareholders are making a fortune. All this because some "Bronx Indians" want to get a out of court settlement due to another Union demand. Union lawyers have literally ruined so many industries it is as pathetic as are these "lawyers".
