After this last batch of shares get sold from the latest stock issue, the price will rise. 46 million OS is still relatively small especially in OTC markets. Revenue coming in over the next few weeks or months and no share dilution means this goes well above the 19 cents it had in August. One other thing to note is it went to 19 cents based on no revenue or significant news. It was due to a very low float and some interest in the stock. PHIL definitely has potential but it is about timing.
