MAJOR difference between ONCI and OWC* is that OWC* has a MUCH, MUCH lower O/S structure.

If ONCI had OWC*'s equivalent share structure, I believe we would be pushing a $1.00 in share price by now.

The PATENTED technology ONCI has makes it an EYE-OPENER in a much different category than MJ.
