This is not a "LISTED" security, it never was a listed security. Listed means on an "EXCHANGE", that would be like the NASDAQ.

This security had its REGISTRATION revoked. This is exactly why the OTC easily scams people here, they are unsophisticated and unaware and easily taken advantage of because they don't know the basic terminology.
