Facts are Hoang sold shares in TPIV at his discretion, an insider sale which requires an SEC filing. Hoang could have elected to withold salary or cash or wait and pay taxes at tax return time but Hoang chose to sell shares, which tells me he is the wrong guy to lead TPIV, he just does not believe like the screwed retail investors. Even you would have to admit the optics look real bad here.

Also, most notable, the facts are I have been right 100% of the time on everything and you have taken the other side so you have been 100% wrong and you are wrong again. Just talking facts here.
