The cost benefit is significant. I co-pay $9/month for the above scrip, off label; $27 for a 3 month supply of 360 capsules.

Removal of cataracts from both eyes in 2016 was "another", but far later, "solution" to the problem of wearing hard, acrylic contact lenses(with any degree of comfort in a viscous, near tearless milieu) to correct the astigmatic 20/400 vision I used to have in each eye.
