Plaintiff StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. (“StrikeForce”), and Defendants Entrust, Inc.,
Entrust DataCard Corporation, and Cygnacom Solutions, Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”), by
counsel and pursuant to this Court’s Order of October 26, 2017 (ECF No. 130), report that the
parties have finalized their settlement of this and a related matter, that the formal agreements have
been signed, and that a dismissal order will be tendered on Monday, November 13, 2017.
