I agree wholeheartedly. TSX is where american MJ money is right now. Sorry but it's true. But I think one of the best things you can do is find MJ stocks that are not based in the US but listed only in the US who are in process to cross list onto the TSX. Reasoning... 1. Not being based int he US means there is no concern about US regualtions which TSX came out and said they had a concern about for TSX stocks cross-listing to the US. 2nd- Canadian MJ stocks are now reaching unreasonable valuations (Yes I do think they will continue to climb but there will be one hell of a pull back when US market opens up in a year or two and I'm not sure how much running room some of these have left based off their Valuation and they projected revenues... WAY overvalued.) This presents the opportunity for qualify companies like OWCP who are WAY UNDERVALUED to go into a market where the money is and reap the rewards of being extremely undervalued in a hot market where everything is way overvalued. This should easily run OWCPs market cap to 1 billion (projected revenues from psorisis cream not including other applications)
When the US changes their laws we will likely already be on the NASDAQ but the money will come flooding back from Canada and the Canadian only-listed stocks will tank. OWCP won't feel any of it and will likely reap huge rewards again for being a MMJ stock on the NASDAQ with proven patented science.
So if I was OWCP leadership... I would hold my PRs and hammers (as much as legally possible) so that they dropped once cross listed to bring attention to OWCP and how undervalued they are for what they have going on especially compared to others. (Firm believer in our leadership team at this point and I believe they now have the ability and experience to be a MMJ leader and hang with the Big Boys... doesn't mean they are going to let the Big Boys know they are now players though... surprise is the best strategy)
