OWCP's Action Items for 2017:

During the second quarter of 2017

OWCP intends to initiate its U.S marketing program for its Psoriasis Topical Cream. At the same time, we intend to begin investigating the applicability of topical cream for other skin conditions and disorders.

OWCP intends to proceed with the advancement of our cannabis-based treatment for multiple myeloma, with the objective of proceeding with additional studies.

OWCP intends to evaluate the launch of one or more studies to determine the applicability of cannabinoid-based pharmaceuticals for other medical conditions and disorders, such as fibromyalgia and migraines.

These might be nice landmarks to email owcp about and determine what has and has not happened and why. That being said Friedland has explicitly stated that owcp does not release news unless it’s huge. Owcp has only a handful of employees as most of their work is done outside of owcp so it could be difficult to get a response..but who knows.

All of this hit me this morning in the shower (I can think clearly in there lol), and it makes total sense. If they can hold back and broadcast to a much larger audience AND go to where the money currently is, why not wait to start releasing everything. Not sure why I didn't think of that scenario before but it really does make a lot of sense.

The way I'm seeing it now, I would agree that the current Canadian MJ market has gone on a massive run the last 1.5-2 weeks. If OWCP can cross list by the end of the year, it's possible for people to start taking profits from those companies and see OWCP as a greatly undervalued company to get in on the ground floor on. If we can get the timing right here OWCP management could come out looking brilliant. All of this is wishful thinking at the moment though.
