I made the mistake of concluding exactly what you've said. But Pete807 is thinking the final number will result from0.49 of the closing price accorded when the transaction is concluded.

I don't know how it will work but I have a hunch the conversion basis (X multiplied by 0.49) may be the average close leading up to Nov. 7th with .049 the multiplier. That has me leaning towards the fixed valuation not subjected to market fluctuations. I think this justifies the push-down as it engraves an important consideration for all of us.

I think it's time for someone to call the broker. I would but I'm knead-deep in baking bread. lol
