They bought it over 2 years ago when the price was MUCH higher!

A) They DIDNT BUY anything. These shares were awarded to them as remuneration of sevices.

B) These are PREFERRED SHARES and CANNOT be compared to the common shares that we own.

C) They are convertible to common shares at something like 73 to 1 (can someone confirm that?). That equals MASSIVE DILUTION to us if thet ever want to cash in these shares and get paid.
