In 2 filings DBMM did yesterday of Form 5 - OWNERSHIP Document. THere is column 2 which says - 2.
Conversion or Exercise Price of Derivative Security, which means both Reggie and Linda bought around 40 Million DBMM shares at PPS of .0161.

Question is what does column 8 means which says - 8. Price of Derivative Security (Instr. 5) where PPS is shown at .853 ? Anyone WITH KNOWLEDGE of FORM 5 please reply.
