Funny thing is that CRLs are now an Elite common business practice. Not even considered a separate reporting event apparently. I find this lack of continued transparency absolutely shocking and deplorable.

Looks like Elite slipped it into the minutia of the filing... good thing you were looking out or it might have been missed..

On December 12, 2016, the Company filed an ANDA with the FDA for a generic version of Norco® .....

The Company received a CRL from the FDA in October 2017 regarding the ANDA filing and intends to submit a response to the FDA to address deficiencies listed.

OUCH!!!!
