Elite can avoid issuing an 8K if the disclosure can be made in a quarterly filing... not sure what the permitted window is

Nonetheless, doesnt surprise me ELite intentionally hid the NEW CRL, at least from the public shareholders...

As Ive pointed out multiple times, Elites share price seems to fall hard just prior to some bad event being disclosed... like the Sequest CRL. Now a NEW CRL!!
