and WMILT is going to dissolve/eliminate WAMU 1031 Exchange.

WAMU 1031 Exchange has over 200 employees.

dissolve/eliminate as a separate corporate entity,

So like 1031, WMIIC is just consolidated into, and eliminated as a separate corporate entity.
