Thanks for the update. Wish we could have found out more about Kisa himself. There were some nasty allegations made about him and his criminal activities. Was just wondering if it was a war of words thing or if Kisa was actually convicted of any felonies.

And even if it is approved , Gifa Holding will not move the entire holding company into this shell, it will very likely be for one of their tiny subsidiaries so Gifa can use it as a marketing tool and brag to their clients that they have a foothold in U.S. Markets.
