I may be wrong, But highly doubt FINRA will approve this quickly, if ever will at all

It will likely slow bleed to 0.001s in coming days, if not lower

Company's extensive dealings with Iran , and Cyprus is known magnet for money laundering capital of the world especially for Russians. Plus the CEO's sketchy past doesn't help

I dont think FINRA will turn a blind eye
I think risk/reward is not palatable here , way too risky especially at this price. If FINRA rejects , ppl. will lose everything


(By the way, regardless of the CEO's past ,I know for a fact that GIFA is a legit and real company , but this is not the issue, the real issue is the Finra. And even if it is approved , Gifa Holding will not move the entire holding company into this shell, it will very likely be for one of their tiny subsidiaries so Gifa can use it as a marketing tool and brag to their clients that they have a foothold in U.S. Markets)

I have a friend who is half Cypriot can speak the language ,So I asked to him to ask few questions , they first replied to him like they've been answering to everyone ,generic we will get back to you. Then he got a a name, contact with an employee and talk to him directly in their own language , the long story short without disclosing much he has been told that if it gets approved by FINRA company planning to change the name and the ticker. And the entire thing was mostly for the image of the company more than anything else and their future plans are still not clear what to do with this shell, he has been told that dont expect anything at least for the next 6 months. Oh and he said , disregard and take with grain of salt all those articles , it is written by company owned newspapers( he said they are not even real! newspapers actually) , and they are only for marketing purposes

So the bottomline is ,stock is in "watch but don't touch zone" at the moment.On the positive side, low float is the only thing helping this floating here, otherwise should be at 0.001s already
