To Eneerg: Very interesting article you have brought here on Nokia's strategy for capping royalty rates on IPR. Do you have a source and date of publication for that essay?

I sure don't see the first 3 paragraphs of your post contained in the linked article. It also is almost a year and a half old. You took literary license to alter the article which is wrong,wrong,wrong.

Nokia needs to also cap their profit margin on telecommunications equipment and handsets at 5%. This will translate into lower prices to consumers for handsets which will be good for the long term growth of the wireless telecommunications industry in JMHO.....
