Dahl doesn't care about dilution as long as the doors are open .... he's good with it. Has never gotten how that destroys value unnecessarily. One time I suggested govt grants for algae ..... his response .... takes too long. And here we are 4 years later ..... LOL. Didn't want to get free money .... which is not a laughing matter for a company that doesn't have any money.
