So you"re, saying the product doesn't work, but it does work for what it has been cleared for? Well does it, or doesn't it, work? According to the FDA summary it does. Pretty cool cause we were told BIEL wasn't even on the FDA's table, all the way up to acceptance.

I'll answer your questions with FACTS. A scam is a company that takes your money, reverse splits into oblivion then closes the doors. They have used our money through dilution to pay bills. I have no problem with that. Have they made blunders? No doubt, but they're still grinding away to bring the product to the U.S. market. They have incurred 30 million in debt over the years to bring the product to market. The fda has hamstrung them until recently. After 10 years, another year is reasonable. Who has EVER claimed or even mentioned the word disease associated with actipatch? No one but you. The device is not approved for anything. It is CLEARED to treat foot and knee pain in the U.S. and all other indications in other countries. If you need any more FACTS, just ask.
