You are right , Pat. We can only vote to withhold support for the board members. So, the board will remain unchanged.
My concern is about the 1:10 reverse split. This measure would allow us to keep the Nasdaq listing and it seems to me that this is important. I know the reverse split will have negative consequences but there is no better option at present.
Long term investment in this company is based on belief that the cancer drugs will have successful trials and the stock price will explode upwards. If that does not happen it won’t make any difference if you have 10,000 shares vs. one thousand.
