YES-and CEO made it clear he is working on NVSOS

Great question. 1- new CEO of $ECMH confirmed he is working to update and get NVSOS current as well as the TA.

2- CEO made it clear he is already updating Otc markets and working on neccessary filings

3- CEO made it clear HE IS GOING TO RELEASE A shareholder update -- this week --- so that many of our and other shareholder questions can find excellent answers.

For now - The openness of the CEO and his forthcoming with information has been met with shareholder praise IMO.
I have a strong feeling this turns quick and heads right back past .0013 pps and tests thr break of .0015 pps today
