I don't "know" why they would be in Madrid Spain but for a legal translation of medical terms and procedures or complex business contract you probably would want some paid experts doing it to prevent legal problems later. For the length of time being suggested that a consultant was there something on the order of a translation of a BLA or a very complex negotiated contract might make sense. Best wishes.
