Why don't you explain the limited settlement. You know so much and don't

want to find out what is happening just criticize someone who tries to get

the truth and to understand things. I see no reason for the shareholders

to not understand a damn settlement and what the contengencies are. I

don't understand a company that contacts Bloomberg whenits negative but

don't contact them when its positive.
