I'd look for another delayed filing - no sense upsetting shareholders earlier than need be.

So prolly 11/20 and remember the company's mantra for every quarter since 2010, "This quarter will suck, but NEXT QUARTER will be AMAZZZZINNNNGGGG".

I got a call from a personable guy from their investor relations dept on November 3rd. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I told him the number one question from most investors was about the opening of phase ll. He told me that things were moving along, but the problem was that it seemed like every screw had to be approved, and not only that, but they had inspectors arguing with each other on certain things. He said, don't be surprised if it takes another month. What I took from this was that inspections are in progress. Seems to me, inspections wouldn't be in progress if the build out wasn't finished. All I'm saying, is don't be surprised if the 16th comes and goes without approval. It's coming,just be patient.
