Should be current some time in January per their press releases and sec filings. Deadline they set for themselves for Dec 8th will only get them up to 2015.
Certainly nothing typical with this pre revenue bio. So far the SEC has cut these guys such a break it's crazy. They manage to follow through with compliance and infiltrate the market, this could work out very nicely.
Markets are forward looking. They have a ton of things going on they can report IMO. Sidney has said there will be news just not every day or other day. I would rather the news have an impact than just releasing PR'S for the sake of them
