Since WMIH owned the "equity" interest of WMIIC, wouldnt that imoly that all the ABS trusts that were collecting cash interest behind safe harbor since 2008 would return to tge new WMIH and not the old WMI equity escrow markers? So escrow is essentially worthless?

with your own class release submitted ? (41.6) ... YOU' (and me) own our own portion of the Original WMI Parent Corp' ...

Reorganized WMI, WMIH-Corp, continues to own the ... "Equity Interest" ... (a percentage of participation in each trust' aligned with the Trust' "loan to value ratio" and "base value")

Now that all of the litigation is Settled' ... WMIH-Corp is tasked with coupling these (our own ownership with its ownership) - together' - as a financially positive forward moving event ...
