i am not saying this will go down if O/S is only 3M .. but the so called DD showing A/S with 10M that is misleading to me. i don't think company has started diluting based on the past volume ..but just trade safe .. GLTA

Market Cap=$90K..LOL, 100X from here in one month. Hold on to it dearer than your life.

If you get filled consider yourself lucky.

Fair Mkt Value at least $2.86.
Hold on to shares if you are getting filled

In comparison to other similar companies:

Price to Sale Ratio of the other similar Company is 3.57
Price to Sale Ratio of BSTN is 0.02
To reach the same P/R ratio the pps has to be $2.86

There is no dilution since May 2017 and there can’t be any dilution without SEC filings
If the Co has to sell shares they must file a S1
If they issue notes they must file 8k

BSTN balance sheet is much better than the others.
They don’t need money.
The only reason they would issue notes would be to buy a vessel and that’s a good thing if that happens.

It is impossible to get filled even above ask.
If you are getting filled then hold onto those shares dearly.
