Joseph Passalaqua CEO- took back control over his shell $ATPT and issued 25 audited financials and disclosures to bring his stock CURRENT with the SEC reporting requirements.

Passalaqua issued his form 3 and several 8k's explaining what had happened to the shell - and was required to issue certain disclosures. He was apparently greenlighted a few weeks ago with the release of 85k in audited fins

Passalaqua owns his private MJ company - Plantation Corp- which recently engaged in a 3 way reverse merger in Wyoming and recently changed its main offices to Nevada. Which is Passalaqua owned Property that is directly connected to www.budlife.net They have a patented cannabis and terpene storage and packaging product line with Sugarmade $SGMD - set for release in California and soon NEVADA.
