You do understand what the term "public Reporting" refers to don't you ?
What “Going Dark” Means
“Going dark” refers to the process of voluntarily delisting a public company’s shares from a national securities exchange or inter-dealer quotation system (if so listed or quoted) and subsequently deregistering the shares under the Exchange Act, thus suspending or terminating the company’s public reporting obligations under the Exchange Act.
8K, 10Q, 10K all SEC required reporting to remain a "publicly traded company "
Glass door reviews mean nothing.
As I have said before, XNRGI is not a real entity, they have no IP, they are not even a corporation as far as I can find. It is a name on a website that was "leaked" then "password protected".
So how could any Investment company with hundreds of millions of dollars truly agree to invest in such an imaginary entity ?
While this gives NEAH some plausible deniability to what they are claiming, they are allowing bits of that website to exist in the "intro" to the message board where all rumors are treated as truth by a certain group of posters.
So the motivations of some here come under question as on one hand they accept "leaked" information as being legitimate and from the company and then they blithely defend the company for not actually publicly announcing legitimate and accountable news.
