Why not sell the IP off for $800M and then sell Avid for $800M (total $1.6B) and call it a day $30/share

Might not be possible but I will take $30 a share all day

It all depends on if the Exsomes IP has been moved along and what is its value IMO. If the Exsomes kits were real then it changes the whole outlook. However, based on the current BOD's agreeing that the IP has to be licensed or sold I am guessing the Exsomes progress has also been limited
