mmignot, remeber there are TWO Borads (PPHM & Avid) and that a SPLIT operation is ongoing.

Maybe in the end there will be ONE employee on each board CEO King in a PS-targeting related company and Dr. LIAS (director of Avid) in a AVID related company. (SPECULATION).

2 employees on 7 is OK with me in this structure. Dr. LIAS is kind of a CEO of AVID while technically we can of course not called it the CEO.
