With this logical scenario,we should give Li a lot more credit than,not only for building a manufacturing facilitie from ground up, but also for cleaning up the balance sheet from the toxic decision that previous management execute in order to keep Lqmt from bankruptcy.

Good answer, I had not considered the impact of the warrants to that extent, at least it is plausible. So Bond, warrant waves, no financials or contracts as yet. The last two will come up shortly. Agree, end of year reporting should tell the story.

This can be nullified in upcoming 10Q (if those warrants were exercised in Q3). IF NOT, it can possibly be the cause (then to be verified on Q4 10K)




As of June 30, 2017 there were warrants to purchase a total of 8,046,875 shares of common stock outstanding

As of September 30, 2017, there were warrants to purchase a total of 7,046,875 shares of common stock outstanding

This says ONLY one million shares was exercised back in Q3. Friday high volume crash is likely due to the left over 7 million shares of warrant dump
