I’ve bought and sold countless CE stocks on TD. Never once had an issue.

They'll let you buy anything other than a dtc chilled stock which this is not. Few cannot be bought on TDA. I knoe Ive bought CE stocks on it many times. Stop sign prevents buying on Fidelity Scwab etc., CE doesnt change a thing in those regards.
