"Why they PR'ed it as an acquisition, instead of just a hire for shares, is anyones guess.

It sure sounds like the old hype-it-up, exaggerate-to-the-max, SunnComm of old....

I hope this guy is brilliant, but we sure have nothing that says that so far...
