That's not new . Was formed right after the sale of assets . Using it for paying of creditors , employees , Venters ECT ECT. Was the first hint they planned on liquidating and closing down .

Exactly still here just waiting like I said from the beginning bankruptcy is a process that old management started it has to run it's course. I believe WC has the ticker but they can't touch till after the process is done. GLTA soup
