OHHH, it can be done that way.. thanks for confirming, it really makes me feel much better.

I said CASE LAW.. which means, referring to other cases. That is something that is ALWAYS done.. done just "sometimes"

ANYWAY.. take a look at Yazie's complaint to see something that is PATHETIC.

In the Demurrer, "case specifics" (meaning the Yazie lawsuit) were IN FACT addressed, with the Case Law to follow... it is how it is done.

Just sayin'.

But case specifics were not mentioned at all

Just to be clear, previously I stated CASE LAW, not case "specifics".. big difference.

BUT the demurrer had BOTH.
