I would think he would be much more.uncomfortable and very concerned about defamatory statements about him and MYDX thus he has to start a lawsuit where he can try to stop it. That is all you can do in this situation.. So go for it I say! More power to MyDx for tring! I am sure they have plenty of evidence in there case against all 27 defendants. He has probably had alot of favorable help along the way with the lawsuit. Just my2bit guess.. ;-)

Good news and good statements about someone or some Co have never generated a lawsuit that i can recall... ? Why would it?
