My opinion is that it shows integrity. He obviously knew that he could not deliver the full news for EEGI because of red tape issues, but he delivered what he could the very next day (less than 24hrs). Even knowing he would be ridiculed and called many things (mostly not very nice); he delivered what he could anyway. That is integrity in my book because he could have not delivered anything and still faced the same thing.
It is obvious that Steve is working on EEGI. There was much to do I am sure. Clearing the rubble to build something new is not always easy.
